Our Approach
TaxRoom was founded by Claus Kirkeby Olsen, drawing on years of hands-on experience across hundreds of AIF tax due diligence assignments for leading Danish institutional and corporate investors.
Along the way, a complex pattern emerged across these assignments - one that could be standardized rather than solved from scratch each time. In partnership with Capacit, that pattern and years of specialist expertise and knowledge have been built into an AI-powered tax due diligence platform, combining decades of specialist judgment with the speed and consistency of automation.
The result is a platform that lets TaxRoom scale beyond the capacity of any single expert - without compromising the expertise judgment that clients have always relied on.
