Scope of This Policy
This policy covers personal data processed in connection with our public marketing website and TaxRoom’s digital tax due diligence platform (TaxRoom’s Platform). Our public marketing website is designed to operate without cookies.
Categories of Personal Data
We process personal data such as:
Enquiry information: name, email, phone number, company, job title, and the content of any message you send us via our contact form, by email or when you visit TaxRoom’s Platform.
Technical and security data: limited technical information needed to operate and secure the website and contact form, such as IP address, browser or device signals processed in connection with hosting and spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA v3).
Platform activity data: where you use TaxRoom’s Platform, information related to your use of the service (for example questions answered, documents uploaded or provisions negotiated).
Communication data: information shared through correspondence with us.
We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies on our public marketing website for analytics or advertising. Generally, we do not process sensitive personal data. Please refrain from sharing such information unless absolutely necessary.
Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing
1. Enquiries and business contact
Responding to enquiries submitted through our contact form or by email.
Following up on requests for information or a demonstration of our services.
Documenting answers given on TaxRoom’s Platform and provisions negotiated.
Legal basis: legitimate interests (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) and, where relevant, steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
2. Website operation and security
Hosting and delivering the website, and protecting the contact form against spam and abuse through Google reCAPTCHA v3.

Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes stated above and to comply with legal requirements. Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship. Where data forms part of accounting records, it may be retained for up to 10 years in compliance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
Data Sharing
We use selected data processors and sub-processors to handle personal data on our behalf, in accordance with the GDPR.
Your Rights
You have the right to:

- Request correction or deletion of inaccurate data.
